Booking Policy • Securing Your Appointment: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount is specified at the time of booking and is applied toward the total cost of your selected service(s). • Appointment Changes: Requests to reschedule or modify bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. • If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will also be forfeited. Service Surcharges Some services may incur additional fees due to hair length or thickness needing more time or product to cater to your hair properly. Everyone is unique, here is a breakdown to give you an idea. Any surcharge will be discussed with you during the appointment : • Medium/Thick Hair : Subject to a surcharge. • Very Long Hair : +$25 • Very Thick Hair : +$45 The surcharge will be discussed during your consultation and added to the final service price. Client Responsibilities • Timeliness : Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, which may incur additional fees. • Communication : Ensure that any concerns or special requests are communicated before your appointment to allow proper preparation. Right to Refuse Service : We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or behaves inappropriately during the appointment.
